When to find us

Although some crews train at times convenient to themselves, Club training sessions regularly take place on :-

Sunday -  10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
                    (intermediate beginners 11am-12noon)
                    (beginners from 12noon - 1pm)
                    (new starters around 11am)
Tuesday -  6.00 p.m. 'till dusk
Thursday - 6.00 p.m. 'till dusk

Winter Training

As rowing can only take place on the river during daylight hours, planned fitness training takes place in the clubhouse fitness room during the winter evenings.  There are separate sessions for Seniors and Juniors.

Mondays
    5:30pm - 8:15pm - Juniors
    7:00pm - 8:30pm - Senior Women

Tuesdays
    6:30pm - 8:15pm - Senior Men   
    7:00pm - 8:45pm - Veterans

Wednesdays
    6:00pm - 8:15pm - Juniors
    7:30pm - 9:00pm - Senior Women

Thursdays
    7:00am - 8:00am - Juniors
    6:30pm - 8:15pm - Senior Men
    7:15pm – 8:30pm – CLUB TRAINING NIGHT – ALL WELCOME
CLUB TRAINING EVENING ALTERNATING BETWEEN AEROBICS, CIRCUITS, YOGA AND THE LIKE - 7:15PM FOR A 7:30PM PROMPT START TO FINISH AT 8:30PM FOR FOOD AND SOCIALISING IN THE BAR - ALL WELCOME!
