a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

beginners 11am-12noon)

(new starters around 11am)

- 6.00 p.m. 'till dusk
Thursday
- 6.00 p.m. 'till dusk
Winter
Training
As rowing
can only take place on the river during daylight hours, planned
fitness training takes place in the clubhouse fitness room during
the winter evenings. There are separate sessions for
Seniors and
Juniors.
